Cobham and Downside Villages

“Set in a beautiful area of south west Surrey, approximately 20 miles west of London, Cobham has expanded to be viewed more as a small town, with Downside Village laying a little less than one mile to the south.

Cobham village has a selection of both independent businesses and retailers together with national brand names in the High Street.  There are many places to eat, satisfying a wide variety of tastes.  Within easy reach of Heathrow and Gatwick airports the M.25 and London, it still manages to retain a rural atmosphere.

Downside village remains a small hamlet with a village green, club and country pub and many attractive early to late Victorian cottages.

There are several places of interest within easy reach including numerous National Trust properties and the RHS at Wisley, a short drive away.”
