CDRA's Action on Planning
Some applications the CDRA has objected to recently:
- Retrospective planning application at Chasemore Farm
- Application for gasification plant in Redhill Road, Cobham
- Retrospective planning application for site of Old Vicarage, Hollyhedge Road
- 2 blocks comprising 6 flats behind 26-38a High Street
- Appeal on replacement house, corner of Mizen Close/Mizen Way
- Apeal for 2 "semis" in place of The Bungalow, Elm Grove Road
- Swimming pool/gym/changing rooms 10/11 Korea Cottages
- New road at Reeds School
Latest pre-submission consultations the CDRA has participated in:
- Further meeting, in May, of interested parties to discuss the proposals for the Cedar Road site.
A CDRA representative attended a workshop on 24th March 2012 about Neighbourhood Planning, which was run by the Campaign to Protect Rural England.
